Please note that customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Log into your account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original Moleskine packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
